Questions you may have
Do you arrange airport transfers?+
Yes. Chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce transfers can be booked when you reserve, or up to two hours before arrival. Guests in a hurry may use our helipad from 07:00 to 22:00 — a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Both options may be charged to your suite.
Is there a dress code?+
After sunset, smart casual applies in our dining rooms and on the main casino floor. Gentlemen should wear closed shoes and a collared shirt; we can lend a jacket from the cloakroom on request. Pool and lagoon bars welcome beach attire throughout the day. Trainers, beachwear and swim shorts are not allowed in the main restaurants from 19:00 onwards.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur the first night's charge; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Suites and villas under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always suggest travel insurance.
What ages are admitted?+
The property welcomes adult guests aged 18 and over, in keeping with our gaming licence and the resort's character. Valid government-issued photo ID may be requested on arrival. Children are welcome at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge can arrange bookings and transfers between the two estates.
